You will also be sharing the connection with a lot of others like yourself. So make sure to carry the gear that you require to make your experience a better one. For example, a universal charging port, a power bank, and an internet dongle would be useful when working while traveling.
When you are at the stage of finalizing flight reservations, ensure you have the required stopovers or amenities to work on during the flight. Those added requirements could increase your airfares. However, it would allow a pleasant experience of working while traveling.
- Limit distractions.
Traveling while working will take away the luxury of dedicated office space. That may create more distractions, especially if you are working from a common space, such as a cafe or a restaurant. Train yourself to focus and avoid distractions, such as noise and others working. To train your focusing capabilities, listening to music and meditating whenever you get the opportunity may be helpful.
